Re-Review: Meet The Manufacturer: Eat & Go Spicy Chicken Mi Instan Cup

This is a really good one – it placed #8 in my Top Ten Indonesian Instant Noodles 2013 Edition! Let’s revisit this one!

The side panels (click image to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add all the sachets, save the tofu chips. Add boiling water to the line and steep for 3 minutes. Stir, and then sprinkle the tofu chips on top.

Included fork! Last time, the fork was white, this time clear!

Has a very nice scent.

Tofu chips!


Finished (click image to enlarge). Added chicken baked with BonCabe spicy seasoning and sweet onion. The noodles are just the right texture and chewiness. The broth is absolutely wonderful – a great balance of heat and flavor. The tofu chips are a very nice finish. The veggies? Good too! I stand by my original review – excellent! 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. I can’t imagine it’s easy to set up and break down a gamelan!
