In fourth place, here’s one from Sue L. of Anacortes, WA
Sister Sue’s Usual Ramen:
1 block Maruchan Ramen noodles (no seasoning packet used, thogh I do stash it for when we make fried rice)
1/4 cup petite sweet and golden corn
1/4 cup petite string beans
Boil noodles and veggies, drain, let stand a few minutes, then add unsalted butter and shredded parmesan cheese. After-work quick comfort food!
In third place, this one’s from Ray A. of Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Camping style Shin Black. I used dehydrated corn and peas; both of them soaked up the broth, yumm! We also added an egg and a little ham. Bon Appetite campers!
In second place, Drew D. of Los Angeles, CA
This is Oriental Maruchan Ramen, with peppered turkey slices, mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots, asparagus, celery), cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes. It was garnished with tomatoes, mushrooms and cabbage. I ended up making it super spicy! Oh yeah green onions are diced up in the middle of the bowl. And added a slice of pepper jack to the broth while boiling.
Finally in first place we has this one from Jerrin C. and Michelle H. from Los Angeles, CA.
This is isn’t instant ramen, but my girlfriend Michelle H and I, Jerrin C, made this ramen from scratch!
