#551: Batchelor’s Super Noodles Chicken Flavour

Here we are with another one from England. Looks interesting! Chicken. The flavor that’s usually very boring. Well, let’s see what comes of this one.

Okay first off, this is the first paper packet I’ve ever seen in a noodle pack. Secondly, that tip is a little crazy I do however have an interest in trying that though!

A small pile of yellow powder. So you boil it and the noodles in 300mL water until the noodles suck up all the liquid. It says it’s a noodle and sauce.

Click image to enlarge. How not as I expected this one to be…  The noodles are dare I say ‘fluffy.’ The chicken flavoring is good – the sauce is like a light flavored chicken Rice-a-Roni taste! It works quite well. I liked it – 3.25 out of 5.0 stars. Get it here.

Hey this is festive…

That flavour has an appetizing colour and savoury broth to it. Cooking those noodles must have been a labour of love. 300 milli-litres of water should be enough, certainly not a meagre portion; rather filling to the stomach, it is. Certainly a favourite to some, but one may need to supplement with fibre or on may end up on the pot (noodle).
