#493: Pulmuone Fresh Ramen (Spicy)

Something from a brand I’ve never seen before. This is a Korean fresh noodle and I’m hoping it’s good and spicy!

Veggies on the left, powder on the right, diggin’ the scene with a gangsta lean.

Here’s the packet of noodles themselves. They looks nice and fresh!

Looks like a lot of spicy flavor coming up pretty quick!

Part one of a three part documentary about Wildwood Pulmuone. Interesting…

  1. i was thinking, and im actually surprised these were refridgerated. what in the noodles would require them to be kept cold? i mean, theres many types of fresh ramen noodles that are in those vacuum sealed packs. would you happen to have the ingredients handy? or maybe, its something in the sauce packets. i never thought to look for ramen in the refridgerated section..gotta keep an eye out. but for it to be worth it, i think its gotta have some extra bonus..cause thats one of the big benefits of ramen – shelf stable. in a natural disaster id love to be stuck in an asian grocery store full of ramen (here in florida i gotta worry bout that stuff, hurricanes etc) 🙂

on a side note, just had a fresh noodle ramen yesterday – annie chun’s soy ginger ramen. it was unexpectedly delicious! the soup was really yummy, not fried, and way better then the vegetable flavor. amazing what some meat based stock can do! highly recommended from me.

  2. looks yummy. i always thought that it would be neat to take the noodles from a really good ramen and mix it with the seasoning packet or other ingredients from various good ramens, and mix it into one UBER good ramen. then topped off with one of the forks from another one! ingredients from every continent!
