#484: Ottogi Bekse Curry Myon Cup

So I’ve had this variety, but not in a cup before. Strange but it seems that these are just a bit different in cups… Anyways…

Thought I ought to do a side shot too just for fun.

One packet…

The vegetables are in the cup. I was surprised at the little cubes – usually that would be tofu but this time…

Click image to enlarge. Potatoes! I don’t think I’ve ever seen little potatoes in ramen before! So this stuff has a nice strong spicy curry flavor I liked a lot. I distinctly remember that when I had it in a package in the past that I didn’t like it as much because of the amount of water it called for. I think it came out very nicely in the cup.  The broth is almost like a sauce even! Sweetness!

I’m giving this one 4.25 out of 5.0 stars – this made for a really nice little snack.

Here’s someone’s take on Korean curry ramen.

Another in a long string of 7-11 commercials…

Products cooked according to package instructions. Product reviews done prior to adding any additional ingredients.

mm, yummy.. you know, i wouldnt mind a whole cup of those potatoes instead of noodles, maybe with rice or something. they could really make a whole line of instant potato dishes made similarly to the instant ramen. a nice curry red sauce sounds good.

they should really make the packet like 10 cents more and include a WHOLE mini potato. it would make it seem so gourmet and special.. imagine if they included a mini KNIFE and you had to CUT the potato!? insanity! that might be a little extreme for ramen though 🙂
