#373: Nissin Cup Noodles Chicken Vegetable Flavor Ramen Noodle Soup

So here’s one my lady Kit brought me back from California! Cup Noodles Chicken Vegetable time!

Standard lid for these…

No packets – everything’s in the cup.

Click image to enlarge. Here’s the finished product. The noodles were a little funky in this one – kind of tough even though they’d sat is the boiling water for a good five minutes. The veggies never seemed to completely rehydrate… The broth was nice though. All in all, a kind of lackluster Cup Noodles – 2.75 out of 5.0 stars. Get it here. UPC bar code 070662030066.

Products cooked according to package instructions. Product reviews done prior to adding any additional ingredients.

Did you leave the lid on while waiting? Also if you put cold water in and microwave for 3 min then take out COVER TOP for a couple minutes and it should be a little more hydrated. If it explodes in your microwave I am in no way responsible

Oh yeah I did it up according to direction except I take the lid off completely and put a CD case over hetop to have a better seal. As for microwaving for three minutes, that’s not a good idea. The explsion’s not what you should worry about – it’s the fact that the foam isn’t meant to be microwaved. Read the packaging.

Its good and reliable, at least I will say the quality of this dosen’t change.
Always reliable and good tasting for the price.
Microwave isn’t good for the cup, and the ramen.
I tried it, and it dosen’t compare to having boiling water then waiting for 3 minutes. To compare it for the reader, it’s like microwaving a pizza vs putting it in the oven.
You gotta admit, the noodles don’t deter in quality from cup to cup =D
