Beef balls. Well, I really don’t think they mean rocky mountain oysters here. I think its soy protein.

Click image to enlarge. One egg was added. This was excellent and kind of interesting. So just to get it out of the way, the beef balls are like soya protein mini Spaghettio meatballs. Kind of fun to eat! The broth was good – that egg livens it up a skosh. The noodles were very nice and the veggies were awesome. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars!
