So some new stuff. I like Tom Yum flavor noodle soup usually so hpoing this should be nice. I really liked the last Koka bowl noodle I had recently – it had a packet of coconut powder in it – weird!
So the garnish has veggies and shrimp and then there’s powder and an oil.
Sitting atop the rice noodles waiting for a 3 minute bath in boiling waters.
So not too shabby (click image to enlarge). I really like these rice noodles. The shrimp were actually very nice and the veggies were ample. The broth was citrus and spicy – as Tom Yum I’ve had before usually tastes like. I liked it. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars.
