#176: Paldo Dosirac Artificial Pork Flavor Instant Noodle

Spread the love

So I have seen these all over the place but don’t think I’ve ever tried it. I’ve seen red background ones with a lady that looks like a nurse. Anyways, Kit picked this one out of my ‘vault’ to try today.

Would you look at that? The white packet has Cyrillic on it! That was a first to see…

Silver packet was soup base, white was veggies – and there was a decent amount of both.

Add boiling water to line and cover for three minutes. I thought it looked kind of ominous… Kind of looked like a portable hard disk or something I dunno…

The finished product – very nice (click image to enlarge)! Gave it some stirring and here we are. So I like the noodles – they’re just the right firmness. They taste good too. The broth is salty and porky and all around very nice. The veggies are quite plentiful and have a slight amount of crunch to them here and there. To top it off, there are little artificial chewy bits o’ fake pork floating around. Some might find these gross but I thought it to be a nice addition. So I was not expecting to enjoy this so much – I’m giving it a 4.125 out of 5.0 stars rating! Decent breakfast fare! Get it here.

Ya know.. i like these noodles quite a bit.

They are one of the few instant noodle brands that actually have some character to them, rather than just craploads of salt.

Like these noodles? Hate them? Let everyone know with a comment!
