#146: MAMA Pho Bo Oriental Style Instant Chand Noodles Beef Flavor

So I like Pho noodles I’ve gotten around here from the various little restaurants. Usually I get some variety of beef Pho. Let’s see how this stacks up to the real thing…

Seasoned Oil and powder…

Here they are awaiting their bath…

First off, rice noodles are here, but they’re not by any means close to the same chewy and thick version. The broth smelled good but was overly salty and not enough of that Pho goodness. I wish it didn’t say it was Pho; it let me down. It’s good though… I’m giving it 2.5 out of 5.0 stars; it’s good but not super good and would be better if it wasn’t called Pho.
